I would like to remind you that it's been 865 days since Owain was added to FEH and he remains the only source of Blue Flame in the entire game.

It's not a prf skill. It's inheritable.

Every time you see Blue Flame on a unit, know that an Owain died for it.

@Mr_SU_2_U I've never played the games but I did use the Devil Survivor costume for Itsuki throughout most of my time playing the Wii U version of the game.

People really ignorantly boil down complex, multi-faceted characters to a single base trait, ignore anything else, and then go on to complain that modern FE characters are one-note or lack depth.

Some characters are one-note. MANY which people claim are one-note, are not.

Don't let anyone try to tell you these are all different characters.

I think the 4 most hype Fire Emblem Heroes reveals for me were these, Legendary Lucina, Eleonora, F!Kris, and Dieck.
