Having the center and outline separate allows you to move all thru the tube and not have to worry about the bubble outline being visible it goes anywhere in tube

Just a little look at how I kinda plan out my fluffs! This is chest fluff I find it beneficial to have like... a base that is just a big block of color so when the fluffs move around you don't see the other color underneath
ur live2d tip of the day from me 2 u is if you have fluffs that match the fur underneath it just do urself a favor and don't color it in
(this is v helpful when shoving lots of fluff on a tiny texture atlus)
