I've had a couple of down days in row so work on this has been slow. But at least the horns are done.

Her design is finished enough.
I'll be working on all 4 of them this coming month and *hopefully* working on my Vtuber models.
My official lore is that I'm 4 anime girls stacked under a trench coat.
Gonna rework the outfit from scratch , but I'm pretty sure that's the hair I want to go with. Might make some tweaks as I work on it more, but definitely the right direction.
I don't know that I'd actually consider myself a "Vtuber" even though I use a png, but here you go my png self v my irl self.

Starting with the eye, which I normally wouldn't do, but I have a lot of rules regarding their design, so...
Vtubers should never EVER break immersion...with cute clothing...because then I want to draw their model in said clothing.
