I noticed in artwork that the "crown" possibly closes the Slowking face
But this eye.... this colour.... reminds me another Pokémon, that isn't a Shell.

It reminds me Muk. Like a mix of Kantonian Muk and Alolan Muk.

I bet Bede used that coat because he refused to use this uniform
