Putting the 'owl' in 'scowl' since before 10,000 BDP!

My favorite detail of this whole look (even though it's super subtle) has to be the green backlighting. I'm totally in love with the symbolism of Maiev being backlit by fel energies.

Makeup Monday: Blood Elf

A redo of an oldie, in which I wear a wig for the first time ever. I took some loose inspiration from the blood elf crest and opted for gold graphic liner in order to evoke the phoenix at its heart (with a hint of green for fel corruption)!

Makeup Monday: Tiffin Wrynn

As Tiffin is mostly known for how loved she was (in addition to being Anduin's mother), I opted for a softer look here. It was a little difficult to conceptualize at first, but I combined elements from her comic/in-game appearances and voila!

I spoiled this one a little already, but here’s the monarch herself, the heir to Lordaeron (ft. some mild edits)!

When Before the Storm came out, I compiled all of the lore I found particularly juicy from the novel in a lore post. Even though I'm sure other people will be doing the same, I think I'll put together a non-spoilery one for Shadows Rising next week after it's released.

In other news, De Other Side is honestly an aesthetic masterpiece and considering how gorgeous most of the Shadowlands zones are so far, that's saying something. The effects going on here just blow my mind.
