@consumeroftoons Why's it always the colors? Everytime cartoons have early designs, it's only the colors that're different. Like, there's only ever one guy who actually has a different design.

@Kairito10 @decepticonaiden I think it's because, outside of Animated, IDW, the Movie-verse, and a few episodes of G1, they never give a good reason to be mad at the Transformers. Like, name a time the cast of Armada or Prime blew up something other than an empty field.

@decepticonaiden I hate how like 90 PERCENT of the cast are just copied from the evergreen designs or whatever toys. Why do you even HAVE character designers at that point?

Probably one of these two. They're not my favorites that I've done, but I think these are where most of my followers jumped on.

I was gonna do the Hong Kong scene, but I couldn't find a good background. Ya get the beach instead.

@rodimusprimal I can't stand the IDW comics, but I appreciate them taking influence from G1 instead of just referencing it. I especially appreciate their use of pallets and shading in the art. The actual stories are miserable, but I can't knock the actual craft on show.
