So I have an San'lyn OC that is basically Dracula from Castlevania, any thoughts / ideas on how to make the character more Blood Elfy?

Hey guys, help me out with a moral dilemma. I bought this art for a former friend who really hurt me and cut me out. I have the art and I was thinking of of asking the artist to redraw the characters face as my OC Lithandriel. Am I justified? Or is this being a total bitch?
