A lil lift-me-up for a friend of mine ♡

Cleaning my files a lil and found the lineart for this from a couple months back, so I finished it! Trying something new with the bg since a solid colour wasn't working out, wish it could just be transparent but oh well. Two pics bc cropping. (Repost, I can't spell it seems lol.)
