Made meringue mushrooms in honor of my mushroom picture book for #PBParty. Just egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar—and nearly two hours in the oven. Dusted with cocoa powder, and the caps are slathered in melted chocolate to attach the stems. An airy, sweet treat!
