More Armata delays. Sergei Chemezov said that deliveries of the Armata by Uralvagonzavod to the MoD haven't started, and he didn't give any details. The 1st batch of 16 Armatas (12 T-14 tanks and 4 T-16 BREM) were supposed to be delivered last year.
