This is alternate universe Red, where he's a Highland General, who took the tartan pattern of Ramsey.

So meet Ramsey, who is regarded as a very strong General, but is seen to be too kind and conflicted for some reason. He's tough but empathetic.

Mervis really hates bandits and raiders because they took her dad's life.

Sasery's brainwashing might be gone but it's still difficult for her to express certain emotions and big enthusiasm.

What if Mervis can go into her Magenta Mode, and mess with her hair style? Like, her hair turn into energy, wave it around, short parts, mess with the shape, size, length, with, etc, and when she pops out of it, it changes.

I might make it an "every arc it changes a bit" thing,
