While I do really like the Neptunia series, one big issue I think it has is the lack of male cast members. There are very few cast members that are guys, all of which are villains or robots.
Given that Neptunia is a series based around travelling between different dimensions-
I really miss the seasonal change that Gen 5 had. It gave the Unova region so much life. And while frustrating at points, I love how certain Pokemon were only available during certain seasons.
I really want this to come back. That along with the Habitat Finder in part 2's Dex.
So I guess #GodEater turned 10 yesterday (I mean February 4). Weird though, I thought it was than that. Oh well.
Happy 10th to God Eater, which has quickly made it's way up into becoming one of my favorite game franchises! Now then, time to slay the Aragami and reclaim Earth!
Sprites still have a place in today's gaming space. Games like Shovel Knight, Shantae, Gen 5 and Four Swords Adventures prove this. Same with 2D mode for DQXI, numerous fighting games, etc.
Can sprites just come back outside of indie titles?
Man, the futuristic Earth in God Eater is a horrifying thought to think about. Humanity wiped out to the brink of extinction by the Aragami. Creatures that can't even damaged by conventional weaponry, even military grade weapons and evolve at a such a rapid pace.
It just looks really boring when it's put side by side with the other dog families in the series like Arcanine or Luxray. I feel like Yamper should have been a three stage rather than 2. It's not a bad looking Pokemon, just sort of boring.
I like Yamper, but I can't say the same for it's evolution. I think Boltund is probably my least favorite evolution out of all the canine families we have so far. It's design just looks really...plain.
