It wouldn't surprise me if this image by Neil Richards was for the same game (also a Copyright Jagex image). Though - could very easily be one of their plethora of other unreleased games.

Interestingly, the Nex AoD concept is actually from the end of 2012. Perhaps this was for the Hard Mode version they were working on, prior to Mod Ramen taking Nex in a different direction in 2017?
