Female/male Luxrein!! Ice/Electic type - The Artic Saber Pokemon. Luxrein look as fierce as the conditions they live in. They've learned to grow thick, fluffy fur that keeps them warm, but holds static electricity amazingly well.

I think I'm on to something..... needs more time tho. I love Pokefusions that are basically type variants lol
