Her name is Hayley and she's a blind witch who specializes in the elements!
I imagine her hair always in a messy braid because she can't really braid it well herself, that is until Neu offers to braid it for her

This is the start of the decade vs. the end of the decade. Man my art has been through so much throughout the years. It's been so wild to see the improvements.
