Got this out of the backlog today!
Broke down the art of Helltaker by @vanripperart and made something using what we learned!

We learned one main thing from this style: Take an out of the box approach to PH mythological creatures!
Lead artist @DarkZedo showed me some early concept art of their take on the kapre (below) with a treant like body so I approached my take on a Sarangay in the same way!

I had some leftover art energy so I cooled down with BAAL for @Bongowoomy !
for some reason i had a concept of her wispy dagger/sword serving as negative space in the photo, I didnt quite nail it down but it looks pretty cool regardless!
