My grandmother passed away recently and I'm struggling...

She was such a big part of my childhood. I hope she's okay where she is and I hope she's proud of me...

Considering the state of things globally, should I set my story pre-pandemic and show the normalcy we once had; or during the pandemic with like altered facts and details but with a similar level of quarantine/lockdown; or during a hypothetical post-pandemic world?
