I think I've finally, after about 4 years of trying, figured out how to nail the hime gyaru aesthetic.

I bought these kids from AS-Adoptables on DA and I'm in love,,, They still need names, but they were friends who died trying to escape their bad homes together. Then they traded their souls to demons as to retain their bodies, thus becoming "crybebes" (AS-Adoptables' species).

Somehow I couldn't get this to work with GIMP even though I have made a bunch of gifs with that software before, so I had to resort to an online tool, so at least it's finally working
