Her heavy bottom physique is actually permanent, due to a failed attempt to remove her powers. Which caused her shape to remain like this. She can inflate even bigger just at will, but she cannot deflate smaller than her default size.
That's when something dawned on me when I looked back at this artwork I did in the past. Seeing Puffy being mischievous was something I really loved. Which gave me the idea to lean into this side of her character more. (Artwork includes @Zybun25 and @rllynotringtail)
For those un-aware, Puffy is a colourful and inflatable skunk who was my old OC. She used to be a hero who could inflate at will but was clumsy and a huge goof. Although, she was originally a Sonic OC and creating a design that was less Mobian was tricky. (Art by RaidMiner)
