I did this piece last year but it still seems relevant with the series. Things that are beautiful die but something new can always grow it the corpse of the old. Nothing stays the same.

“omens from the tower”

In Tarot the Tower is hardly good. Sudden change, chaos, destruction of what you know. The aftermath may be for the better but the event itself is difficult & devastating. A little heads up would have been nice. Even if it comes in the form of a dead bird.

“atropos”

In Greek Mythology, Atropos was one of the Moirai, the three Goddesses of Fate and Destiny. Clotho would spin the thread of life, Lachesis would measure, and Atropos would cut it. She was the “Inevitable.” All things have an end.

Trying gouache our for the first time

It's #AlienDay so here's an old painting a did a few years back for a Villains gallery of a Xenomorph!

Cosmic Love is one of my favorite songs. Its about unrequited love & being left confused and blind and lost. But once she loses hope and gives up she realizes the other person loves her back & chooses to stay in the darkness together. I wanted to do a small tribute to it.
