14 years ago, November 15th 2006, the creator of Getter Robo Ken Ishikawa passed away. His final manga, the unfinished Getter Robo Arc, will be adapted into an anime by Bee Media and directed by Getter Robo Armageddon's director Jun Kawagoe.

One thing I like about Robot Girls Z is how some of the girls are clearly based of off main heroine of their respective series (I mean Get-chan is essentially 70s Michiru).

The same can be said to Gre-chan, who's clearly modeled after Jun Hono.
