@DoomGenPod @80sThen80sNow The origin of the character was “Scarlet Rose”, who was more country music themed and evolved into “Red Butler” as a play on Rhett Butler and Scarlet O’Hara from Gone with the wind.

@ookiethefrog @RainbowBriteNet To me the character is eternal. This can also come into play with the character's origin. Her name "Wisp" was because her original design was as a fairy-like character named Wisp. She and the Colorkids went through many changes as they developed.
