In KOF '98, one of Rugal's victory poses shows 2 new secretaries alongside him. They were probably made to replace Vice and Mature since they are already playable characters.

I sadly don't know what their names are. If anyone knows, please tell me.

To thank him for his contributions, they gave him 2 cameos. One in Ramon's artwork (the mask Ramon is holding is his) and the other in Las Vegas stage
