Welcome to the buddy-adventure genre - slightly-dense and optimistic boys have blue eyes and their cheeky, glass-half-empty partners get green eyes.
I've mapped out the Secret Track that featured the Rare Cow in Mickey's Speedway USA GBC only to discover that the Secret Track is, in itself, a Rare Cow. 🤯
Here's an interesting tidbit from Banjo-Pilot; when you have a four-player multiplayer link set up, Banjo will indicate the players placement at the end of every race by holding up his fingers. As he only has three fingers & thumb, the player in fourth place gets the whole hand.
Rare's portable team hid this curious looking bovine through many of their games on the Gameboy Color and Advance - but it hasn't been found yet in the Donkey Kong Country GBA games or Banjo-Pilot. Have you seen this cow lurking in those games?

@Daley_Kong Flip its eyes and mouth upside down to get the Slightly Pleased Alien Eyed Emoji instead:
@oakieland I own a player's guide for Killer Instinct Gold, and one of the really cool they've done is dedicate a few pages in the back of the magazine to a spread of renders on a white background, as shown below. I wish more mags had done this back in the day...
