Built-in wheel mount. This part is pretty much a motorcycle single side swing arm. The wheel's axle's is concentric but isolated from the toes's axle. This is to save space, allowing the wheel to spin free and retain the toe's tension while posing.

I want to try to give it a set of wheels for feet instead of doing the usual sole and toe setup. It will require a new leg and feet bone but shouldn't be too hard to do.
