Sylvestre was born in a isolated human beast town, living the life of a low class before a sudden war declared by the humans against the human beasts was declared. He lost his parents during said war and found refuge with a human named Seguin (pronounced see guh in)

That doesn't mean I can try to translate it for you! "Roh samer" could possibly be translated to "oh fuky".

He has a stand called Fools' Garden that has the ability to create portals that can bring out about any object imaginable.
