Lead protagonist of Xenoblade 1 and his journey feels really powerful and due to his presence at the center of it all, its hard not to find Shulk really likeable and inspiring.

17. Kokichi Oma
Just fun incarnate. There's really nothing that needs to be explained about him he just... is.

9. Hau (SPECIFICALLY from USUM)
The only real noteworthy glow up from USUM's plot, Hau goes from a non-entity to someone you genuinely also want to see grow stronger. Him being the new match for the Championship was the best change for this game and Hau's character.

3. Travis Touchdown
On the other hand of the spectrum, Travis is a wannabe badass but is really a guy living in a motel with his anime memorabilia that makes a living out of killing. Amazing surrogate character for the first game to even work.
