Since @PhaustoK posted a drawing with Jafar and Aladdin I had the idea for this in my head, waiting to come out.

Headcanon: After Jafar won the final fight and gain control over his genie powers he took control of Agrabah and made Aladdin his slave.

Looks like Flounder has found himself in “interesting” situation.
