Scott's like the lanky, lonely kid at school, always being mocked by the bully-boy and his cheerleader girlfriend and their bootlickers.
And among the bullies are students, teachers, the school principal, everyone.
But it doesn't matter, cuz we Cyke fans know how amazing he is.⬇️
...Scott will continue his hard work behind the scenes and will never give up, even if he continues to be hated by everyone, despised and ignored by his own family and friends. ⬇️
No matter that even after 11 years they keep humiliating the character and his fans, trying to convince all of us how irrelevant Scott is, how monstrous, evil... and then, how useless, unnecessary, replaceable Scott is, and so on. ⬇️
And this is so sad. I mean, just look at these panels. Scott with his head down, staring at the ground, saying something that is immediately criticized by Tony, and worse, confirmed by Jean, as if he were a mediocre leader, and not the greatest tactician/strategist in the MU. ⬇️
🧵🧶
I've been looking at what a lot of Cyclops fans have been saying about how he's been represented in this Krakoa era, and now specifically, about Kurt's choice to bring Steve back, 'cuz Scott wouldn't be the leader they need.
And y'know, Cyke fans are giving up on him. ⬇️

@GallantSentinel @Marvel Just think for a second, just for a second, what if Kurt says the same thing about Storm, Jean, or any other fan favorite who has a passionate fandom?
I just find it unfortunate that there are still Cyclops fans who keep buying this bs, 'cuz clearly they're laughing at us.
"...and the plotting is too loose to make this the thinking man thriller dealing with big issues that Jenkins, maybe, wants it to be.
Which maybe explains why everytime I read it I start out liking it, am disappointed by the climax,
