@TechnicolorMime 3 is usually my most clogged spot so if I go with a third ramp choice its usually something gimmicky for the deck like Map the Wastes or Growth Spasm.

I also like two mana ramp a lot though so if you're lighter on that Pilgrimage should be excellent in most 2c decks.

Building just one of these to CommandFest; which of these two cards do you see less often at a table? Including the 99. And which one would you want to play against?
