He's a jerk, knows it and first major villain of Millenium Lich.
Gonna have a sheet of his true form and undead army ready for October~

@mippness The amber line across Franklin's body are a design trait that all my lich have(magic flowing across their bodies) but these ones sorta align with the flow of the lymphatic system. With his armor resembling some restraints + a ventilator.
