So I just got some of the most possible news from the results from my MRI. 3 herniated disks with a possible 4th all right next to each other. Surgery is a very strong possibility along with the fact that I may never be able to do the work that I love or my martial arts again

I want to start my workouts and training again but my lower back and hip are still messed up and won't have any results from the MRI for another day or so.....

I have been very lonely for a long time, still looking for someone to call master.........why doesn't anyone want to permanently claim this wolf//dog? I'm house broken I promise and I won't chew on your shoes

Making some difficult and confusing choices on not only the holiday project but a few other projects I have in the works..... so much stuff going on 😆 and still in pain
