Well I am 100% prepared to die. Apparently someone during the overnight crew threw MERCURY light bulbs into the garbage compactor in my stockroom which is very close to my desk and just for context these are light bulbs filled with gas and can explode.

If I begged you to mark my body, if I wanted you to be my master, if I swore my life to you, protecting everything you believe in and cherish, would you ever let me go? Would you eventually get bored of me? Would you put me in a box and kick me to the curb? Would you abandon me?
