Zero Ver. 2. This version of Zero is both the most consistent and the most different. 99% of his design is locked down from X2 (3rd image) and onwards. But all depictions of Zero's buster in art uses the X3 design (4th image).

Very minor distinction, but in some merchandise, despite having the same Buster as X1 Armor X, Zero's Buster is given a silver coloring instead of white to differentiate it. This is rarely depicted in art however.

X1 Zero. Like the helmetless X from before, the same applies to Zero. Look at those bushy eyebrows...

Command Mission X. X's scarf here only usually appears when he is moving, but turning it on for dramatic effect is fine too. It is usually much shorter and blows in one direction, but X-Dive (last image) turned it into a really long, jagged scarf as opposed to a "flame"

X8 X. This design adds more details to X's body, repeating motifs and patterns found on his chest and head elsewhere on his body. Uniquely, these new proportions appear to be part of the design, and not just part of the art style, making X appear more human and less chunky robot.

X. Like MegaMan, though the artstyle may change, his anatomy remains very consistent. The only major difference is that the pectoral plates on his chest went from dark blue to lavender. Some concept art shows it as light blue, but all modern official art shows it as lavender.

Bass. Of all the characters, he is the least consistent. His gem shape and color on his chest and head seem to change from artist to artist and between games. The size of his fins is also wildly inconsistent, but the shape is mostly the same.

Roll also had some battle armor for the MegaMan OVA and MegaMan 11. For fun, here's a totally unrelated Sally the Witch screenshot.

Theres not much art of MegaMan 11 Roll, so here she is in various outfits
