Looks like one of the 2D artworks of Roll for Tatsunoko VS. Capcom had a slightly different design at some point. The right image is "hidden" inside the color channels.
Inti changed the box art for the PS4 Striker Pack, I like this one better.

Really cool to find out one of my favorite mangakas, Masamune Shirow is also one of Toru Nakayama's favorite artists and influences. Their style couldn't be more far apart though.
