I think a Nanoha StrikerS movie retelling would be...different.
Think about changes in Movies 1st & 2nd A's. The films exist in main canon as docs by the TSAB. Anything negative towards the Bureau was altered.
The 1st half might be mostly the same, but that back half...oh boy.

One of my fav Nanoha supplement manga moments is in StrikerS The Comics.
The last chapter, a Reunion for Riot Force 6 crew, had a crazy as hell mock battle between Nanoha & Signum that I wish got animated. Just a friendly mock battle, but they both wanted the other's blood. lol
