@Lockstin I think the main thing that separates them from Pokemon is that Mons are heavily based on 2 or 3 things, while TemTem are lightly based on 1 or 2. For example, Rookidee is Eng Bird + knighthood, and it expands on that as it evolves, while Zephyruff is just bird + cloud. Nothing

Like, I know I complain about Bleach a lot, desperately hoping it gets better, but it's so painfully average. The bland main characters absolutely kill it for me. Like, look at the main bunch vs some side characters.

My hyena boy needs a new ref. His current one is so old. I also want to get around to designing his sister, Holly, and make some gay shit with her.

The gym leaders in Sword and Shield are honestly some of my favorites. It's amazing how much personality and character is built into their designs alone. Gordie, Raihan and Opal are definitely the biggest contenders in that aspect.
