This time, the "wings" are two rows of bristles. Bristles which are found in its only closest relative to preserve filaments: Psittacosaurus

This was my introduction to feathered Raptors, and it's a great one at that. Glad I grew up watching this. Aside from accuracy, they were badass and terrifying

The description sounds a lot like the WWB Entelodons with some extra added gnarliness, and of course, the typical exaggerated size.
