I can't have been the only one that had a very different idea of what a Tarantula Hawk looks like, upon first learning that there is an insect called the Tarantula Hawk.
On November 29th, it will be the 100th anniversary of Inostrancevia! I hope to see a lot of Inostrancevia art and appreciation that day.

Here's a Moropus, the largest of the gorilla-horses, the chalicotheres. An extinct relative of the modern Tapirs and Rhinos.
They're commonly speculated with a thin fur pelt but here I choose a more rhino-like skin to shake things up. Not an extreme idea either, it lived in-
