Good morning

The Now Now (2018)

A deep dive into the psyche of 2D. Very cohesive and doesn't stray too far away from its core. Pretty safe all things considered, but a pleasant experience none the less. It has grown on me quite a bit.

Favorite: Souk Eye

Humanz (2017)

An ambitious return that's hit and miss. Has a good amount of highlights, yet suffers from undercooked ideas, iffy production, questionable features, and very little 2D. Frustratingly close to great, but overall feels kind of sloppy.

Favorite: Ticker Tape

Demon Days (2005)

A much more cohesive and refined release. Shares the same elements of the self-titled debut, yet sounds so distinct. Matured songwriting, versatile features, and an excellent flow throughout.

Favorite: Last Living Souls

Gorillaz (2001)

A colorful introduction featuring a broad range of sounds conveying a colorful, moody, and fun atmosphere. 2D's vocals are iffy in places and some songs can be self-indulgent, but otherwise a strong and unique package.

Favorite: Slow Country
