(6/?) but then one day I threw caution to the wind and thought 'Fuck it, I'll give the big illustrations a go'.
I even dipped my foot into colour!

At this point she still had white sclera and purple/red eyes. Also my first time drawing Emet 👀

(5/?) May 2020 is when I truly started to sink my teeth into drawing her and trying to work on her design. Most of my time was spent just sketching out ideas for bigger illustrations I could do once I was better at art.

(4/?) Her design at this time was basically identical to how she was in game. I was only just getting into the magical world of ✨having an OC ✨, and her back story and personality were pretty basic and bare bones.

(3/?) Around March I tried sketching her from memory, and really learnt the important of using references all the time. I'd get very frustrated with my art unless I was copying directly from a photo.

(2/?) I didn't paint her again until Feb 2020, roughly a year ago now.

Over the next few days I want to share not only how her design has changed through time, but to share my art progress from then to now. Most of these are unfinished and unshared, but I wanna show them anyway!
