Ok so stream over, kefla cool. She can double level 1 with no scaling, level 1 into level 3 with no scaling, EX fireball is plus FOUR on block, and easy combo on hit, normals are alright, and her spin-shield-fireball thing is amazing and also is immune to ki blasts/beams!!!

I see a lot of people talk about buffing rocks for Krillin in S3 dbfz. How about we just go all the way with it and turn Krillin into Tremor, a rock elemental. Crystalline Krillin is a character I would play.
