So my dad came to pick me up from the trailhead and met a hunter before he met me on the trail who asked for 'intel.' At being told why my dad was there, the hunter responded that there were three packs of wolves in the area.

Black Forest Horse! I became aware of this endangered light draft horse breed about a year ago and they fascinate me because they hail from the same part of the world that my ancestors originate from - the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) of southern Germany! I love these guys. ❤️🐴

Cougars are the most adorable big cats their entire lives and you can't convince me otherwise. They are super affectionate with their families, they PURR just like a giant house cat and they are expert deer population controllers. They are Good Cats. ❤️
