love the panel where Rotor has the owl neck its one of my favs. 6/10

Manny Galan: not a bad Rotor, but theres somthing elbowy about it. He gives him sharp fingers which looks neat 6/10

Brian Thomas: Another artist who starts off strong but then goes for a more cutsey look mid issue. I wonder why? still adorable tho 7/10

Dave Manak wonderful start off, he looks good no real complaints here. later on he takes a more streamlined shape for the character but still great none the less 8/10
