Went to see the movie Violet Evergarden the other day... keep telling myself I shouldn’t cosplay Violet because I know it wouldn’t fit me at all but... the whole aesthetic of the anime got me so much... Uh I don’t know anymore!
So... I was told that with my dark hair and my sad eyes I could make a convincing Pieck from Attack on Titan...
I don't know how to feel about that.
@CrazyWilcox @thearcanagame @pixie_cosplay This lovely character (colors are a bit dulled sadly...). But yeah I just realized that my stance was looking a bit aggressive on that picture. XD
I was told, that I’m « too skinny » to have the « right » to cosplay Portia. True, I don’t have her lovely curves but I do lover her. Just a kind reminder : You have the right to cosplay any character that makes you happy, no matter your body type.

Remember the time when I cosplayed Princess Nefertari Vivi from One Piece?
Me neither.
Wasn't expecting such enthusiasm about a potential Violet Evergarden costume!
I am tempted to make a tutorial accessible to beginners around this project. Yet that costume wasn't really planned expense wise so I wondered if you would like to support it through Ko-fi for exemple?
Hello there! I wish I could share with you some costume WIP but my main sewing machine is down so I'm mostly working on mockups (a tedious step!).
Also I discovered recently and loved the anime Violet Evergarden. I would be tempted to make Violet's costume. What do you think ?
Finally back on track on my Portia costume from @thearcanagame... I try to find the time to finish small stuff while preparing my exams. So I finally made Portia's shirt using linen, beaded indian bridal trims, and french seams for a clean finish. The patterning was kinda tricky.
