Got these four on pre order and really looking forward to getting my hands on them and getting them into the classroom (not quite sure on Shang Chi but gives me an excuse to buy it!)

Reading books like this really opens your eyes to a lot of the issues we still struggle with in society. Can we really be surprised that racism is still an issue when under 100 years ago people’s livelihoods where taken from them overnight based on their ethnicity? Essential read

6- Aster and the accidental magic, I mistakenly thought this was just a Hilda clone but I was so wrong. Full of heart and a brilliant universe it stands out superbly on its own. That being said perfect for fans of Hilda.

Four of my favourites in KS2 and ones that I think every class should have access to. Mr Wolf's Class is a personal favourite and as a teacher you always read about a situation you've been in or dealt with.

Along with these, especially the survivors account of The Titanic as we studied that in the autumn term.
