I want to write a backstory on how my horse got its powers. XP

It will do with some sort of radioactive accident when he was young ☢

But yeah, for anyone unaware, my horse can:
-Glow.
-Be in space without a suit.
-Grow as big as he wants to.
-And he can transform into a dog.
