Are there any ‘drawing’ to 3D model programs like MS Paint 3D but like blender quality? Mainly need like a reference overlay tool and line stabilizer but I wanna get back into making these again and put a lot more quality into it

Still fucks with me a bit realizing Sherlock Hound was a bit of an influence on my style ‘cause I watched it a fair bit but never tried to reference off the show at all
