Since some asked me to share some workouts:
List of daily workouts I do:
1. Squat Jumps 24x ( 6 reps)
2. Long Distance Run 3KM
3. Shuttle run 10x10 meters (4 reps)
4. Standard Pushup 24x (6 reps)
5. Wide Pushup 24x (6 reps)
6. Frog Jumps (4x around the basketball court)
