This is pretty much Imani's battle form when the void takes full control of her. It's implied that she's pregnant with a eldritch abomination.

Imani is the real name of Void btw.

Here's Johanna as an eldritch abomination/humanoid hybrid. It's a little inspired by the Garfield Gameboy'd, but only in the ending. She absorbs Audrey and places her in her womb, stating to her that she will protect her, while she flies above the destroyed realm of Onocondria.

Here's Martalios as a humanoid.
